Fortnum’s Truffle Mayonnaise

Fortnum’s Truffle Mayonnaise

This little jar of creamy deliciousness has become a sneaky staple in my fridge. I like to spear it on crusty bread with some delicious honey baked ham and sliced mature cheddar for the most tasty sandwich. The truffle comes though beautifully but never overpowering. I have even been known to dip salted crisps into this mayo and use as a dip!

Made with mature Scottish cheddar and Italian Parmesan, they’re the perfect cheesy combo. Let’s face it, anything cheesy makes me happy, but these little biscuits make me very happy indeed.

It’s the perfect creamy, salty combination and makes my toasted sourdough the most enjoyable start to the day. I like to leave the butter out at room temperature so it just melts into the toast.

I have tried all ‘designer’ ice creams with all their trending ingredients and methods, yet I always come back to this scrumptious brand who really know their ice-cream – paired with the sticky honeycomb, it’s heaven in a bowl.
