I’ve done quite a lot of research for the best butter in my time (difficult, I know) and this easily has to be up there in my top five. It’s the perfect creamy, salty combination and makes my toasted sourdough the most enjoyable start to the day. I like to leave the butter out at room temperature so it just melts into the toast.

Long gone are the days of having to peel, chop and mash your avocados for the perfect guacamole. Holy Moly have made my life that much easier as their wondrous little pots are filled to the brim with fresh avocado. I like to add a little extra chilli and salt for that extra spicy kick. I then immediately scoff with crispy tortilla chips!
