Isigny Ste Mere unpasteurised salted butter

Isigny Ste Mere unpasteurised salted butter

I’ve done quite a lot of research for the best butter in my time (difficult, I know) and this easily has to be up there in my top five. I like to spear it on crusty bread with some delicious honey baked ham and sliced mature cheddar for the most tasty sandwich. The truffle comes though beautifully but never overpowering. I have even been known to dip salted crisps into this mayo and use as a dip!
